It was an amazing experience! My tour guide was Angel and he was so kind, lovely to talk to and also amazing. I had a wonderful day and would recommend it 100%. This excursion is a must in Sofia.
We used Traventuria for a return airport transfer from/to Sofia and Bansko and we were very pleased with the service.
The driver for the airport pickup was punctual, polite and we had a smooth journey - but it was the customer service for the return journey to the airport that we were most impressed with:
The coronavirus lockdown had just started and we had to leave several days earlier then planned; it was tough getting flights as several were cancelled after booking and each time we had to ask for another transfer change - but the guys at Traventuria were very understanding and changed the booking for us several times without complaint. They fitted us in the next day at short notice - and the transfer was nice and smooth.
It's during times of trouble that a company's customer service really gets tested - and Traventuria came through with flying colours.
We will be using their services every time now and recommending to all.
