This 7day hiking trip worked like clockwork. Every transfer was on time, the walking details were great and all accommodation was comfortable with great food . Very happy to recommend.

The logistics were well well organised from reception of our arrival at the airport to departure. Every day activities went as scheduled. We started off as individuals from different countries, and as we embark on the hikes, we complete summits together every day with motivation from one another. Our guide, Kamen is very knowledgeable as he speaks of his country and his love for nature. Truly inspiring and enriching experience.

I rated this holiday as average because I think it's a little too rush. It's a 7 day program and consisted of walking in different parts of Bulgaria. I don't mind the overnight stay in most of the destinations but I would have preferred to spend a little more time looking around when we were hiking, with the guide pointing out the sights, highlighting some of the nature around. At the Rila lakes, I decided not to venture to the top to see the 6th and 7th lakes, I stayed just before the ascend with another participant as the Rila lakes were magnificent and the views were to die for. Furthermore we have to rush back for the chair lift as it was closing at 4.30pm.

Thank you for your feedback. Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we always strive to provide the best possible quality on our tours. The combi tour you were booked in (hiking & culture) is an intense program, meant to show you as much as possible for the duration of the itinerary. As with many such programs, this one lacks the ample time you would have on each place as if you were booked on a pure hiking or on a dedicated culture tour. The customers we have on this particular tour normally do not have more than a week and cannot afford 2-3 weeks to explore the same hiking trails or cultural sights on a more leisurely pace. But based on other customers reviews so far, we believe that this itinerary gives clients a very good insight of what Bulgaria can offer in terms of hiking and cultural experience (within a week time). If you fancy walking though, we have alternative programs that are better suited for dedicated hikers and concentrate on mountain trails mostly. We look forward to seeing you again on one of them in the future.

We are 2 friends who decided to travel in Bulgaria for about a week.
Two days in the Pirin Mountains and two days in the Rila Mountains.
This is the first time in Bulgaria for my Friend and for me this is the second time.
The tour was organized by Traventuria company. The organization included transfers from and to the airport.
Transfers to and from the tracks, room Reservations, maps and Clear detailed explanations of the tracks.
The service of the company employees was at the highest level! Drivers are nice and always happy to help! Unfortunately I do not remember the names of the drivers except radi and that's really a pity.
The creation of communication by mail was also very quick and efficient. The service we received Mainly from Yuliana Angelova was patient, quick, efficient and smiling.
in brief,
I recommend Traventuria company, definitely upgrading the experience of the trip and in general.
