Right from the time we opened the door, the service was disappointing. The waitress tried to re-direct us to the other restaurant on the ninth floor, but the food here was what we wanted so we insisted.
The service was slow and grumpy.
The wine waiter poured off 50ml from everyones wine bottle (even 375ml) before offering the remainder to the customer to taste.
That's ridiculous for wine that costs 30 lev.
When the food did come, I have to say it was excellent in all respects.
When time to pay the bill, the staff were again hard to find.
There are better places to eat with similar food not far away.
