Decent, clean, bang for the buck.....top it all....friendly staff and offer flexibility and assistance whenever you need. Hotel is in excellent location away from city center yet not too far away. Walking distance to Tunnel, Bosna river spring....
I think the thing travelers to Sarajevo need to remember is that this region is still getting back on its feet and is not entirely ready for an influx of tourists with high standards. This facility appears to be trying to bring itself up to better standards and it's doing an ok job. It's located in a somewhat dodgy area, so I wouldn't recommend walking around, but the facilities are actually quite decent and well maintained, albeit a little dated and in the process of being upgraded. Our room was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needs a major upgrade - the shower spilled all over the floor, but no big deal. The breakfast was better than average, too. This place is worth a shot!
The pictures on their website are not the same in real life. The hotel is old and not maintained. The bed sheets have stains. Their ac is loud and noisy. If you would like a hotel in the same area check out hotel Krone which is 2 months old with international standards.
I loved it. So quite and staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is so beautiful even the bathroom. The room overlooking a beautiful park on one side and a river on the other side. The rooms lack coffee maker. The Spa services are great and their are many varitities
I must say that i was a little concerned after photos and reviews i saw on Trip advisor. Anyway, we booked, and it was a good decision. Three nights in room 271 were ok. Now i know that obviously there are rooms in old part, and rooms in renovated part of the hotel. The room is really spacious and so is the bathroom, although the view through windows is depressing because you are looking at the other hotel wing windows. I guess that the rooms on the other side of our hallway are looking in beautiful park. The staff is very polite. Fitness area is brand new, but don‚t expect some fancy swimming pool. After all, this is not fancy spa, this is treatment facility. I must say that kids loved swimming there anyway and water temperature was OK. Breakfast is standard, self service.
