I loved it. So quite and staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is so beautiful even the bathroom. The room overlooking a beautiful park on one side and a river on the other side. The rooms lack coffee maker. The Spa services are great and their are many varitities
I must say that i was a little concerned after photos and reviews i saw on Trip advisor. Anyway, we booked, and it was a good decision. Three nights in room 271 were ok. Now i know that obviously there are rooms in old part, and rooms in renovated part of the hotel. The room is really spacious and so is the bathroom, although the view through windows is depressing because you are looking at the other hotel wing windows. I guess that the rooms on the other side of our hallway are looking in beautiful park. The staff is very polite. Fitness area is brand new, but don‚t expect some fancy swimming pool. After all, this is not fancy spa, this is treatment facility. I must say that kids loved swimming there anyway and water temperature was OK. Breakfast is standard, self service.
Would not recommend this hotel - had to make my own bed upon arriving, shower was falling off the wall, toilet had no cistern lid and therefore didnt flush, shower rack (for presumably a non existant curtain) fell down during the night and when we wondered why the TV would work with the remote we realised it was battery-less!
Positives - bed was ok comfort wise.
Very disappointing experience all up.
well it is not certainly a business hotel, but it can serve its purpose. The rooms are decent and even more so clean, the fitness facilities are one of a kind and you can go for a morning jog near by. I would say that value for money wise they are almost there
The hotel is really a treatment facility, although there are many other travellers around. The room was rather plain and we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The shower was leaking and the bathroom was all wet after the showering. There was no content in the mini bar.
Sauna did not work, advertised hamam is not even constructed. The swimming pool is decent, but nothing special and open only until 21.00 (reception did not know the time of operations of the pool).
We did not get to eat anything - although it was only 08.00, all serving plates have already been emptied and we just could not hang around waiting for more to be brought out. Too many people for such a small buffet.
The price of 72 EUR for two persons for a bed and breakfast with spa was far too much for what we got.
Mind you, be it for the underground waters or whatever, but we hardly slept at all.
I would not recommend this facility to any business or leisure travellers. You can find better accommodation for less money.
