I haven't tried the hotel but the restaurant above the hotel gives some of the most spectacular views of Sarajevo I have seen and I live here.
The secret is simple, the restaurant is revolving and takes about an hour to go the full 360 degrees.
Whenever I take a newcomer to Sarajevo, I try to visit the Radon Plaza and dont tell them that the whole place will move, its great fun to watch their expression when they realise they are on the move.
the food however, is a bit hit and miss, sometimes it is wonderful and other times slow and served cold.
But personally its worth it for the views, if preferable, you can take just a coffee or a mineral water.
