From previous reviews, we had high hopes for Dveri. It was better than the reviews! The service was superior. Attentive without being intrusive, engaging and informative.

The food is very special. Cooked to order and just like home. DO NOT pass up the homemade bread. Or the Sarajevska chorba or, the crowning entree, the Dveri steak!

Three visits for us and every one was special. Thank you Dveri for doing what you do!

Dveri is located in the very heart of Sarajevo Old Town. Very small and very cozy place. Food is very good - mixture of local specialties and some main stream dishes (meat this way and meat that way). They serve local brandies - do not miss those! The atmosphere is very nice. You do not even notice that you are sitting on hard wood chairs.
Service is good - in many other places you can find friendlier staff. If you are a foreigner you will find them extremely friendly and nice, and that is the only think I dislike about this place. I believe the guest should be treated equally regardless of where he/she comes from. Local ones are at least regulars.
When visiting Sarajevo definitely a must!

It is located in heart of the old city and is a beautiful authentic place with traditional cousin, however with dishes you will not find in typical Bascarsija restaurant. Highly recommended.

Great selection of meals and drinks, steaks are wonderful. Friendly staff, although they were afraid for the tip :)

We ordered a steaki it came with some fried vegetables.That was one of the best steaks I have ever had. You will be offered home made bread, never say no :)
