The restaurant is located within the Crown Plaza hotel. It is a huge venue, tastefully decorated with attentive (though rather excessive in numbers) staff and plenty of ambiance.
The cuisine is a mixture of European, mainly Italian, and local dishes. The wine selection was not very extensive though it was on the pricey side.
The restaurant was empty on Sunday night. Part of the answer, no doubt, lies in its exorbitant prices it charges for its main courses. The 160g of lamb would set you back….$90 there. The restaurant would definitely benefit by moderating its high-end prices as the venue is quite agreeable and the quality of cooking outstanding.
However, you can eat reasonably priced dishes though the choice is very limited. We had local borsch and minestrone for starters with beautifully prepared chicken dish and salmon for mains. With the cheapest wine available, a snip at $45, we managed to squeeze in the dinner for $120 for two.
