On every trip to Tirana, a dinner in Delicatezza di Mare is something to look forward to. The wide assortment of starters of raw and cooked fish combined with different kinds of nuts, fruits and sauces, prepared by owner/chef Aldo, is for me the highlight of every visit to the restaurant. Aldo every time surprises me with a new and interesting combination. Absolutely great.
After that the main course, for me usually the pasta with sea food. Aldo doesn’t serve pasta where you need to search for a shrimp or a piece of squid with a magnifying glass. No, the pasta is loaded with sea food, everything freshly prepared. Something to really enjoy.
Usually I do not get to the list of desserts anymore after that. But I can recommend the excellent chocolate mousse, no matter if it is prepared from white or brown chocolate.
