If you open the door and the place is crowded, don't get tricked on accepting the table in the basement! This is the place were the dining families kick out their kids to play. We accepted the table for 4 in the basement and it was a crucial mistake. We couldn't enjoy the Thanks Giving meal, we couldn't talk nor hear each other. A band of maybe 10 unsupervised kids were screaming, running, nearly crawling on our heads, tossing the empty water bottles and cans. No remarks or comments to the waiters helped at all, so we just rushed ourselves to swallow our food and got out. Don't take me wrong - we are the parents too and love kids, but what is too much is just TOO much. The food was very good, but our lunch was spoiled.
