Location of the hostel is OK for me - however it's not really centrally located, it's 15 minutes from the central station. Pretty hard to find - look for a big ant on the door (milingona means ant) or/and ask locals for help. Room was big and clean, but very basic. Not many bathrooms in the hostel, sadly. Atmosphere - superb! Hostel is owned by a family - really awesome people, who knows how to manage it - they makes you feel like you're at home. However, comparing to other hostels I've stayed in Albania the price is a bit too high for me.

It's really a surprise to find such a place in Albania, that's sure. The staff is always ready to answer at any question about the city and you'll immediately feel at home, BUT the structure matters. It's a little far from the central square (at least 15 minutes by walk) and for every floor there are three rooms (about 20-25 beds) and only one bathroom. To be sincere, 12 euros for a bed in a common room without window and air conditioned is too much, especially for a country as Albania.

This place is ran by some very lovely staff who will do anything to help you, its location is a bit far from the centre about 20min walk. The hotel is reasonably clean, the beds are comfortable but there is no air con in the room and in the middle of summer it gets really hot and difficult to sleep especially when the dorm is the central room which everyone in a private has to pass through. Overall a nice stay but could really do with air conditioning.
