As a Spire member it's very disappointing to write a review on my favorite hotel brand. the front desk receptionist told me that my room was a pet friendly room after I inquired, being that I am highly allergic to pet dander. I asked if i could change to a different room that is not pet friendly and the lady said she had one but would be more per night, as I was ok with the higher price for a room that is not pet friendly, she didn't know how to change my room. "Brian" her coworker then told me that all of their rooms are pet friendly and i could not get a room that was not pet friendly.
i asked how they clean a room after the guest checks out with a pet, he states that the cleaning staff bomb and deep clean the rooms every time a pet and owner check out. Now being that I stay in this Hotel Brand 200+ nights a year I know this to not be true.
after reaching out to the Operations Manager to discuss they don't even mind to return a call. If you have any pet issues or fleas this isn't the hotel to stop at.
I couldn't even stay the entire night due to itching and breaking out. The manager wouldn't know as she wouldn't return my calls. More
