Stayed here when we got off our cruise. Spent the day and flew out that night. We needed a place to shower, rest and store our luggage while we explored shopping in Papeete and finished our last full day in French Polynesia. This was a great location, pretty budget friendly and a very helpful and friendly staff!

Limited options in central Papeete. Nothing really wrong about this one. Located a block past end of commercial area, across street from bank, retail children's store, club for ex-militars -- this is hardly an industrial area. Understandable that people could misapprehend as in this town, buildings frequently sheathed in sheet metal. Rooms are very spacious, comfortably furnished, new and well-constructed. Despite our very low tolerance for street noise, we weren't bothered here and slept well. Good internet free in room. Restaurant is breakfast only. Hotel accommodates best they can with later checkouts, although the Sarah Nui is often full. Staff was responsive and professional, although night people were sometimes outside smoking or sprawled out on the lobby furniture, if that matters.

clean hotel and pleasant staff, but we had no hot water in shower. We stayed here 3 days, on the third day we were allowed to shower in adjacent room. In light of this inconvenience I asked for an adjustment on my bill. They promised to refund $70 can. but this never happened. After several emails and a phone call, they again promised to refund the $70 but is has been several months and still nothing has happened. If you are ok with no shower this would be a nice place to stay for a short time as it is close to the ferry and ship terminal.

Great hotel, the room was clean and pleasant, as well as all the other hotel facilities. Wifi worked perfect!! Great location - only few minutes away from the ferry and city center so it was very convenient. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. I truly recommend this hotel!

This is a small, new boutique hotel with very friendly staff. It is located within walking distance of the Princess ship pier and ferry terminal. We stayed 3 extra nights in Papeete after our cruise and the total cost was only $417.33, which included two queen beds and a lovely breakfast each morning. We were not charged anything additional to stay the last day for late checkout since our flight did not leave until 11:30 PM. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Nice umbrellas were provided for guests to use. We booked this reservation through Expedia and had no problems. It is very close to the food trucks and we felt safe walking back and forth at night, but people we met who lived in Papeete said a taxi is better at night.

Room Tip: Ask for upper floors for a better view and less street noise
