We got here early so we sat in the park and watched the trucks set up. First let me say, it wasn't like the food truck experience we're used to. These are, literally, mobile restaurants. They take the time to set up tables and chairs, put out table cloths and menus and a waiter takes your order at the table. The menus are definitely more extensive than we expected too. I settled on steak frites from Chez Dominique mainly because she came to talk to me while I was perusing the menu and was very personable and helpful. My husband got Pad Thai from Tuk Tuk which they delivered to him when it was ready bc we sat in another area. The portions from both trucks were HUGE and it was one of the better meals we ate the 2 weeks we were in FP and it was definitely the cheapest!
