Terrible place. Way over charged for a grotty, smelly room. One night was more then enough. The catch with the so called 'wifi access' is that its located in a dingy foyer and you pay by the half hour.

Though a bit of a climb up the hill out of central Suva, it is well located for access to most downtown Suva sites. Most rooms include a well equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and gas cook stove. There is a small but pleasant pool. As it is not on a main street, there is little traffic and noise is generally not a problem. With good rates for longer stays, it is a nice base for working or touring the Suva area. Maintenance perhaps has not been very good since it took three tries to find a room that had the A/C working properly -- though that could just be a bad one-off experience. I have stayed there several times and generally was happy with the overall value and the large rooms with kitchen facilities. Staff is pleasant and helpful though generally pretty busy and not always immediately available. Reception is on duty 24/7 and security seems fine. For stays of four or more days, I think it is a good choice for the traveller who is tired of restaurants and would like to take advantage of the great fresh fruits, seafood and vegetables available from the nearby markets by cooking in the room. There is no restaurant but several are a short walk away.

Room Tip: Second floor rooms seem more pleasant and have something of a view.

Very unfriendly people. Disgusting rooms. Smell piss of pussycat in the full resort. Everything broken or doesn't work including toilets. I went their with my wife and had a terrible dispute with her as she makes me responsible for this terrible choice. We had to move to an other resort and loose the full prepaid week on this ugly waste.

Never again will we stay in this hotel. It was over priced, dirty and broken airconditioners. We were shown to our first room and when we noticed the air con not working only to be told they knew of the situation. We were told to sleep with the one air conditioner to cool all rooms with no privacy. Then we were moved to another room and in the middle of the night we noticed one airconditioner not working. Very unsatifactory. Pool area needed cleaning are there was quiet a number of broken airconditioners in the undercover area and no seats to sit. As I stated earlier never again.

I had time only for one night in this hotel. Front desk was friendly and I received valuable information about the nightlife and where not go evenings in Suva, The room I had was spacious ground floor with a queen size duple bed and princess size single bed and view over the eastern part of Suva. Everything was clean and neat, Wi-Fi was unfortunately available only in the lobby area with extra cost,
Price of the room was OK. Location is half way up the hill and when the evening comes rather dark and taxis are actually only method to transport yourself in to the nightlife and back..

We stayed in this hotel twice a few years ago. It is a middling sort of place, in town, but not very high on the poshness scale. However it is still better than most of the low cost hotels in the area. So if you are there for business and want to stay in town - go for it. It's not cheap though comapritively. However the rooms are spacious, airconditioned, no TV, can sleep 4 and have a kitchennete. Easy parking around. This year however when we went to check it out we got turned off by the unsmiling, unhelpful, surly receptionist and went and checked into DeVos on the Park instead. But then it was evening and maybe she was tired.
