The collection is oddly structured. The entrance has some interesting wooden sailing craft which look large until you consider sailing around the Pacific in a storm.
You then need to walk THROUGH the gift shop to find the rest of the collection. There is an interesting history section which covers Fiji's early history and how it gradually came together as one country.
Upstairs toward the front covers the history of the Indian indentured workers that British hired with promises of good pay and conditions. They had to work five years to repay their passage and a further five years in order to return home.
Thought it interesting but could have been better presented
