Beautiful lush grounds with wonderfully well kept tropical gardens. All houses are inspired from Fijian Bures. Bed are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. the food in the restaurant is ok. Fiji dishes were very good, but not too keen on the other stuff (fish and chips, burgers and pizzas). Big thumbs up to the friendly staff. They made us feel right at home and very welcome. They helped us organize surf trips and board rentals, played beach-volley with us, talked about Fijian life, cooked local dishes, and held international frog races (which we won!).
The beach and pool side are beautiful when the sun is out.
If you are scared of toads, lizards and bugs in general, don't stay here. They are, as they should be in a tropical garden, everywhere, at night.
I was surprised how little customers were at the hotel, considering we went in July (high season), so if you want peace and quiet, far from the busy towns and tourist attractions, this is the place to be.More
