Description: Beachfront Cocktails at Le Cafe Beach Bar & Grill This beach favorite serves up burgers, pasta, pizza, juicy cuts of meat, fresh seafood, mouthwatering desserts and specialty cocktails against the backdrop of the Pacific. For oriental appetites, the chinese menu featuring chicken in black bean sauce is a favorite! The Cafe has outside seating on its wooden patio. We love eating breakfast outdoors on a beautiful sunny Fiji morning. Located at the end of palm-lined Sunset Strip and just a stone's throw away from the Outrigger Resort, Le Cafe Beach Bar & Grill is home of the world famous fresh seafood. This lively beach bar has drawn a mix of locals and visitors since opening in 1996 and has become the place to be on sunset strip after dark. Grab a seat at the long wooden bar and watch the sun set behind the crashing surf as you order from a full bar featuring exotic cocktails, local beers as well as premium spirits and shots for the party lover. True to the laid-back spirit of Fiji, Le Cafe is a casual, inviting place. For reservations: 00 679 6520877

Visited several times whilst staying at the Outrigger (5 min walk along beach). Opposite the beach and a "rustic" atmosphere. Staff are excellent but can get a bit rushed if they are busy. Food is quite good and very reasonably priced as are drinks. Definitely not fine dining but value for money and a good alternative to overpriced mediocre resort restaurants. Would definitely visit again.

Service was good. Toilets were dirty. Staff were friendly. Food was a bit expensive and tasted ok. I have had better pizza elsewhere but it certainly wasnt bad. Enjoyable experience. The only thing I didnt like was the non smoking area was non existent.

My family had fish four ways for dinner, a burger, curry, pan fried and with chips. All four were fantastic.

Toilets were very dirty but they were understaffed. Staff were friendly.

Great affordable pizzas made with local produce and served in an awesome atmosphere. Very local and culturally inclined and awesome escape for Outrigger guests to avoid high prices and relax opposite the beaches on sunset strip. The ideal time to head down is happy hour when the drinks are even cheaper, the pizzas supremely tasty and the social atmosphere is lively.
If you are lucky (which is quite often) you will catch the sunset.lovely experience.

I should qualify my review by stating I'm friends with Le Cafe's owners Roshni and Jean-Pierre since the days when Roshni ran a cafe in Sigatoka town. (Despite its mailing address being in Sigatoka, Le Cafe is actually along the Sunset Strip in Korotogo, about 10kms east of Sigatoka.) But the first time my wife and I stumbled upon Le Cafe I didn't know it was also owned by Roshni and Jean-Pierre ... and believe me, this is the kind of place you love from the moment you set foot inside. Cheap happy hour drinks, a lovely staff, simple menu stocked with items Roshni buys fresh from Sigatoka market the same day, and an atmosphere created by real people having fun, as opposed to the forced and often phony vibe created by resorts that in no way captures how locals enjoy a night out. It's within easy walking distance of the Outrigger and hotels along Sunset Strip and is worth a drive if you're staying anywhere along the Coral Coast.
