“Worth the trip”

Situated about 10 minutes north of Nadi airport. Worth the short detour to see the flowers and orchids. Takes about 45 minutes to walk the paths through the forest.

“Pretty, but not thrilling”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 27, 2012

We did a short trip to Garden of the Sleeping Giant. We had a 'tour guide' for the first part of our visit. Whilst it was interesting seeing and hearing about different plants, we found that many of the plants were those we were already accustomed to, and knew about. However, was interesting to see so many plants thriving in a glorious, tropical environment.
Nice to visit a cool oasis on a hot day and be cooled by all the tropical growth and shade provided. Cooling drinks provided at conclusion.

“Garden of the Sleeping Giant (female giant)”

Beautiful, peaceful and named after the hills in back of the gardens. Nice touch was the glass of cold, fresh orange juice after the walk.
