I was missing India after my visit there earlier in the year, so this was a great place to visit for me and they have the BEST Masala Dosa in Nadi and even Masala Tea, all at really cheap prices, check out the vegetarian restaurant/cafe on site. Don't forget ladies, you need to wear a skirt covering the knees and no sleeveless tops... they will lone you a sulu (sarong) to cover up if you need it. The entry is $5 to the temple and you can ask for a tour if you would like one.

This was one of our stops with a tour we did with Rosie Tours. I found it overall very good and well priced although I did feel uncomfortable viewing the temple as people were in the middle of praying. It is very colorful and interesting but there are no photos aloud to be taken insideand no shoes inside. It was nice to see but not a highlight of the tour

Our visit to this temple was part of a cultural tour included in our package from My Fiji.
First impression was how colourful this temple was and the interesting history it had.
The guide was very good and explained what each piece of artwork represented. I think it is a must see when visiting Nadi.

Went in there during the big Prayer time, great positive vibes and definately a must visit. Felt at peace and blessed after the prayer session.

The temple was not grand in size, but the vibrant and detailed colors make the temple special in its own way. I can somehow feel the tranquility it brings in the hustling old Nadi downtown.

From the front entrance, there's a peacock statue which was the vehicle of one of the Hindu Gods. I was lucky enough to meet the painter, Santos, in his studio making sculptures. He's from India and have been staying in Nadi for 5 years.

Entering the temple you have to pay FJD3.5. You have to wear sarong and take of your shoes / sandals. If you're in downtown Nadi, do make sure to visit the temple as it brings a different story for Fiji. :)
