“Just brilliant!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 26, 2011

Went yesterday on the most beautiful cruise with PJ Ultimate Sailing and Snorkelling experience. I hate big crowds and being herded on to and off of things. Anything that smacks of a conveyer belt to me is not a holiday experience and I read on here with horror that some cruises took up to 200 people sailing at a time and were herded around like cattle. But based on the Trip Advior reviews we booked this cruise. I have never been snorkelling before and the crew put me straight at ease. The cruise itself was on a beautiful boat and there were only 12 passengers to 5 PJ staff. So the service was incredible....As was their warmth and generosity. There were constant soft drinks, delicious fresh fruit and the crew went out of their way to create a special atmosphere. There was plenty of time to sample the islands and wonderful water, creating for each traveller a personal experience. The snorkelling was incredible and the chief diver kept an eye on everyone and made sure you had a good time. After a barbeque lunch the crew covered the front of the boat witha sun screen for those who'd had enough of the golden rays. They made tea and coffee and passed around biscuits and buns! I lay in the shade for the last hour listening to them serenade us with Fijian songs. Bliss!
Don't be put off by the name crazy crew! They are lovely and warm hearted people who want to make sure you have the best day ever! I would go again tomorrow.....

“Had an amazing time!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 30, 2011

Had an amazing time on the Pj for the day trip to Plantation Island. The crazy crew were great and kept us entertained all day and made sure we had everything we needed!! Experienced the best snorkelling at the sand bank, and the made our way to Plantation Island for a delicious lunch.. On the way home we relaxed up the front of the boat with the crew bringing us fruit and entertaining us by playing guitar and singing songs. This trip is by far the best we have done, and will definitely go again on our next trip to Fiji!!

“A fantastic day with the crazy crew...despite the weather!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 10, 2011

I was recently in Denarau for a quick work trip and despite incredible rains and wind throughout the day I decided to take my chances with PJ's Sailing as I was told that Plantation Island has better weather. Well reagrdless of the on again/off again rains, the crew of Pelorus Jack made it an amazingly fun day! They sing and crack jokes all throughout, and the intimate setting, only 6 adults and 2 kids onboard, allows them to treat you royally. I highly reco, mmend this to anyone in nadi, Fiji as a day tip. The snorkelling was also fabulous and they take care of you out there so good for beginners!

The crazy crew are great and the whole trip is great value. I highly recommend this as the snorkeling is great and plantation island is the picturesque Fiji you may have been missing.

Fun and not too crowded as well.

Thanks for your kind words. We at PJ Sailing Adventures pride ourselves on having the best crew giving our guests a memorbale day in Paradise. Having limited numbers allowes us to pamper our guests. And yes the snokeling is amazing with lots of guests likening it to swimming in an aquarium

“A great day out with the Crew of Pelaraus Jack”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2010

PJ's Sailing Adventure takes you on board the ferro cement sailing vessel Pelaraus Jack (the one with the dolphin on the front) with a maximum of 15 people on board for a leisurly "sail" to a sand bank and reef just off Malolo Island. Here, you disembark for guided snorkelling and fish feeding and anyone not snorkelling (including the kids) is taken to the sand bank to play or swim off the shore. We were delighted the boys took our 4yo son under their wing while we were able to enjoy an hour of snorkelling on this fish filled reef. Back on the boat, we were taken to Plantation Island Resort where we joined the guests for a buffet lunch and then had full use of the resort facilities for the afternoon before re-embarking onto PJ for our return journey to Denarau. The fishing lines are always out while this boat is under way and we caught quite a large Spanish Mackerel on the way home. This was to be taken to the local village to be shared amongst the families. A truly relaxing day out on a unique vessel with a professional yet entertaining crew. Highly Recommended for anyone who prefers a more intimate day trip.
