“Worth a visit.”
Reviewed February 14, 2014 via mobile

We went quite early and had breakfast at the market, then there was some souvenir shopping. Coffee at the Waffle Shack was best we had on the island. Yum. Waffles looked good too. LBV have a stall with yummy donuts, pastries and fresh bread we took away for later. Tornado potatoes on a stick went down a treat with our 11 year old. None of these are authentic local cuisine but certainly appreciated.

“Do NOT Miss”
Reviewed January 27, 2014

Wow, this market is the best place to sample island food and buy souvenirs! One can find jewelry, carved figurines, coffee, t-shirts and more! The food is wonderful-I had a pineapple custard pastry and my husband had one of the waffles. For the adventurous, you can buy goat meat! There is local art and plenty of black pearls. I suggest visiting this market before shopping at the local shops.

“Good way to spend a Saturday morning”
Reviewed January 12, 2014

Great morning walk through the markets, most of it just observing locals and visitors interacting. Picked some good souvenirs, took in the dance and music show which was excellent. Avoided the rain and had an enjoyable morning. Well worth the visit
