“Fair amount of meat”
Reviewed October 24, 2012

It was my first meal in Uruguay. A cold, rainy and windy day, after a 4 hour journey from Rio de Janeiro (my hometown). The restaurant was near my hotel (Armon Suites at 21 de Setiembre str), even being near as tired as we were it was anguishing - the thermal sensation was near zero degree (Celsius of course), so the restaurant was an oasis for a tired beduin.
The service was pretty good, the meat delicious - grilled at the parrilla - uruguayan style of barbecue), and the beer cold enough.
The only minus was the price, but it was coherent eith the neighborhood we were.

“Nice "parillada" to eat lunch.”
Reviewed September 10, 2012

I actually went to this restaurant on a few occasions for lunch. It's always very good! They have a very nice selection of wine to go with the "parilla" they serve. If you're a Foodie and like to eat beef, you'll enjoy this place for lunch. It's probably nice for dinner too, but so far only went for lunch. I also like their "flan" dessert, which is delicious too.

“One of the best places to eat meat in MVD”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

The picana, ocho de bife and lomo are probably the best cuts of meat you will find in town. Make sure to tell the waiter that if they do not get bring the meat cooked exactly as you asked for it you will send it back. They pride themselves on getting it right. Try also the grilled squash which is one of the best in town.

“Tops”
Reviewed August 15, 2012 via mobile

In my opinion one of top 2-3 places to eat meat in this city. Try half portions of the picanha or ocho de ancho and definitely try the grilled squash. Excellent and good service. Avoid to eat upstairs if possible
