This place is great, the atmosphere fantastic. A large Parilla runds along one wall, with slabs of meet thrown on it to grill away. The quality of meat is tremendous. To be fare, I did not notice the service, or consider it, getting such good quality meat just satisfied the carnivore in me.
My Latin American connoisseur friend Don Eduardo, waxed lyrically about the blood sausage, my well travelled laconic American friend the one we call Siefkis, merely grinned and said well its not bad.....each I think is up there with totally freakin awesome in terms of appreciation.
