We stayed there for one night. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. The dinning room has a big fireplace and provide live local music performance.

Tucked away off the main road from Urubamba to Ollantaytambo, you would not believe that such a hidden gem could be found in the middle of nothing. Rooms are extremely comfortably set in a series of blocks around a landscaped garden and have all mod cons. Excellent restaurant and bar (although service is rather slow). Ideal for visiting the various Inca remains that are found in the Sacred Valley. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

The highlights of my two day stay were the trip to the observatory with the most passionate.enthusiastic and knowledgable Patricia (Patty) on the first night and the Andean massage with Rocy on the second night.
The ambience of the hotel was lovely and I particularly liked the architectural style of the main building.
The rooms were roomy.the beds very comfortable and one could have had a party in the bathroom..all in all a wonderful experience with warm and courteous staff.
The dining room provided food of a good standard.

This is a beautiful hotel set in a spectacular mountain scenery in the town of Yanahuara which is between Urubamba and Ollantaytambo. The rooms are spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable, accesorized with Solo brand baby alpaca wool blankets. The gardens and grounds were well maintained and the staff was professional. The front desk arranged for a packed breakfast for me when I had to take the early morning train to Machu Picchu. The excellent spa is always booked even in low season so make sure you reserve ahead especially after a long day of hiking around the Sacred Valley. The restaurant served good food and the breakfast buffet was like most upscale hotels. The restaurant is a good option if you don't want to go to Urubamba for dinner. My only negative complaint is that the hotel is far from the main road and you have to walk about 10 minutes to go to the main road to catch transportation to the main towns like Urubamba or Ollantaytambo. The walk going back to the hotel from the main road is uphill and can be quite tiring especially after a long day of activities in the valley. Most of the recommended restaurants in guidebooks are in Urubamba or not wthin walking distance and you have to get a taxi from the hotel (and they charge you "tourist rates") or take public transporation from the main road. But overall a great hotel that leaves you with a good feel of the Sacred Valley.

We stayed here for three seperate nights to fit in with our visit to Machu Piccu and the surrounding area. The rooms were all very pleasant with plenty of space and an overbath shower offering both options. The telivision in the rooms could be a little temperamental, however once sorted it worked well and offered a wide range of channels. The hotel had a good quality restaurant in the foyer, along with an excellent room service menu offering good quality food. We used the restaurant once and it was surprisingly quiet considering the number of rooms, the food was however very good. The hotel kept our luggage safely whilst we were not there and on the first re check in they had even put our luggage in the room ready for us. Overall a very good quality hotel with excellent facilities. Would recommend as a good base for the inka trail or any treks in and around the sacred valley.

This hotel was our stop off for Machu Picchu. We stayed 2 nights. The location in the hills is very picturesque, but we did not venture out into the village, choosing to eat in the hotel both nights. Meals were excellent, service was excellent both nights. On the first day my wife had a hot stones massage in the spa, with Margarita, who was very friendly, professional and an excellent masseur and put my wife very much at ease. This made it a very enjoyable experience. If I had to find a fault it was the cost of $20 to use the spa, however this was offset against the cost of the stones massage. We had an fabulous stay in a fabulous hotel, and my wife would recommend Margarita to other clients. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for sharing your comments regarding your stay at our Casa Andina Private Collection Valle.

We believe entertainment options should be offered to our guests and service should be outstanding when hotels are located in rural destinations, where activities are limited once the sun has set. We really appreciate your feedback about our Spa, we are proud to have very professional staff members and a variety of treatments based on native products such as passion fruit, muña, and coca, among others.

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in the Sacred Valley. We really hope to have you with us again in the near future and be able to provide you with a great experience.

Kind regards,

The team Casa Andina
