This is a beautiful peaceful hotel. Large comfortable rooms, spacious grounds to walk in the evenings. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here while seeing the sights of the Sacred Valley. I highly recommend staying here.

What a beautiful, luxurious property! Off the beaten path, down a dirt road in a seemingly unexpected location. Everything was wonderful: the attentive service, dining, pool and hot tub, the beautiful historic chapel on the grounds, the shops and local artisans. Llamas, parrots, a peacock roaming the grounds. We wish we had more time to truly enjoy all the amenities.

Gorgeous setting; spacious, luxurious rooms and baths. Service in the restaurant was terribly lacking. Our dinner was included in our room rate and we were offered a preset menu with several choices for each course. Service was painfully slow and it was clear that other tables w/o the preset menu were given preference. We had lots of time to observe the different treatment. Given the remote location we had not other options but to eat there the second night and again; terribly dissapointing.

Really unique property in the scared valley, the area used to be a Spanish Hacienda. There includes a spa for massages and saunas, a full functioning chapel, a movie theater, a row of shops for personal and unique Peruvian items as well as an upscale restaurant, a bar and grill. Good service, clean rooms, unique experience.

This hotel is located on sprawling grounds which include an indoor/outdoor pool, a library, an art gallery, , and a movie room. There are a couple of llamas basking in the sun to give you the authentic feeling you are in Peru. It is about an hour and a half away from Cusco and en route to Machu Pichu. The only con is that you are in complex far from the town and where there is nowhere else to eat. You are obliged to have your meals there. Breakfast consisted of a sumptuous buffet. Dinner was pricey and our meals were mediocre.
The suite is presidential like, and has many fine amenities like a huge washroom with a jacuzzi and double sinks, and a heated towel rack. If you want to feel pampered, then I suggest you try this hotel.
