Pleasant surrounding and grounds but the rooms are tired and need updating. About a fifteen minute walk from the Pisac town center and plaza. Take a tuk'tuk home or bring a flashlight if you return at night. Meals are okay.

I stayed for my entire Sacred Valley trip in this hotel. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff is very friendly, the food and the service was great, and the rooms clean with super comfortable beds.
As mentioned in earlier reviews, the hotel itself is a little off the beaten path, but it is the perfect location for trips into the Sacred Valley to all the amazing sacred sites and for all kinds of outdoor activities as well. One can walk into the little town of Pisac or take a quick ride with a taxi. There is also a little store just around the corner to buy snacks and water.
The hotel itself has beautiful landscaping and outdoor space. I am looking forward to return one day.

Room Tip: I can recommend the rooms with windows facing out the back of the hotel. You have amazing views to t...

After spending three nights at a hotel next to barking dogsin Ollantaytambo, this was heaven! I wish that we would have stayed here our entire Sacred Valley stay.
The rooms were spacious with a heater, the staff was friendly, the grounds were beautiful and peaceful! The view from the room was gorgeous.
We took a motor taxi to the market for one sole each and it took just a few minutes.
Unfortunately, the jacuzzi is closed every Monday for cleaning and the pool was not open either.
But I would still highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a beautiful valley near the town and ruins of Pisac, Peru. I was not expecting a hotel this nice so far off the beaten path. Yes, it is a walk to town but not far at all. I loved looking out into a field and seeing cows grazing right outside of our room. The beds were warm and comfy, the showers great, and the restaurant had great food and a good selection of drinks and wine. There were extra soft and warm alpaca blankets on the bed. The staff was accomodating and friendly. The gardens were outstanding in April and the meditation "pyramid" was a nice place to catch your breath. If you are expecting a US luxury hotel, you might be disappointed, but this was a gem of place to me. I was pleasantly surprised. ( I am a Marriott person in the US).

This hotel is in a beautiful setting, in the midst of beautiful gardens. Huge room but lacking modern furnishings. Nevertheless very clean and comfortable. Biggest problem is that it is a long ways from the restaurants downtown. If you stay here, you will probably wind up eating here as well. Food is very good but not outstanding. We had no complaints except we would have liked to have the chance to eat at different places.

We have been traveling for four months and this is the worst place we stayed at! Clearly aimed at large tour groups, there is absolutely no charm whatsoever. And the staff is beyond pathetic - getting a smile out of them was a chore. It is a pity as the rooms are large (but very outdated) and the gardens lovely. They also have a huge swimming pool complex across the road.

But the food was really terrible and hospitality completely lacking! We were even kicked out of the jacuzzi because they told us we had to pay (although no one told us this)! Breakfast was seriously bad! A four star hotel? I think not.

Avoid it at all costs!
