Great individual cabins with bedding you find in five star hotels. Great rooms, good showers and excellent breakfast included. Beautiful 10 minute walk on a farm lane to a gated garden. Behind your cabin is a mountain, your view is gardens and lush fields. Jorge is a wealth of good information and helped us with rides and insider knowledge about Pisaq and Cusco. He is a hiker extraordinaire and can point you to routes that are only used by locals. Bring a flashlight for the walk home at night.

Can't say enough kind words about casa del conde... Everything you could possibly ask for. Jorge, Cecelia and Nora are incredibly gracious hosts, I was treated like family and miss them all very much!! I was happy to spend Christmas with them. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable and warm, the location is peaceful and quiet and the gardens are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast is the best of any place I've stayed in Peru. The property dogs Inka & Conde are absolute sweeties, good company for a girl who misses her dog back home! I hardly left when I stayed here, it was so nice to relax and drink tea outside of my room. Bliss! Truly one of a kind, the best in Pisac. Muchas gracias Jorge y Cecelia!!

La Casa Del Conde was the perfect place for our stopover at Pisac. Right from the five minute "Moto-Taxi" ride along the terraced path to this little rural oasis, we were ensured of a memorable visit. Jose was the consummate host, we were given a very enthusiastic and warm welcome, including "Mint Tea". Our bungalow accommodation was very clean and quaint, and provided a magnificent vista across the orchard / garden and the valley below. In the morning we were served an adequate fresh breakfast in the central reception building, and we were departed with a lasting positive impression. We are more than happy to recommend Jose & La Casa Del Conde.

This hostal is simply an oasis from the main tourist section of Pisac.

Pros: 1) It’s beautiful. The gardens are simply amazing. 2) Hot water. Trust me, this is a big deal when you are traveling during the autumn/winter months in Peru, 3) Breakfast included: Simple and light breakfast with fruits, cereal, and yogurt. They always asked if we wanted scrambled eggs, which was really sweet and hospitable of them. Also, they always had it ready for us no matter how late we slept in. 4) Conde the Dog- the dog on the premise is the sweetest thing. If you have pets back at home, he will definitely provide some comfort if you are missing your furry loved ones. 5) really accommodating! They picked us up from the Cusco airport, arranged a taxi to visit the Ruins, they always asked us if we needed a taxi to get into town or go for dinner, etc. They made you feel like you were an actual person, and not just some random guest staying at their establishment. 6) Dish TV: for two girls in their 30s….this turned out to be a real treat.
Cons: Only one---the distance from the main tourist area. Its honestly not that far. A nice 10 minute walk. But it only becomes a hassle when it’s late at night, and there are no lights. We used our phones to help us navigate back to the hostal.

Overall: Truly a great place. I recommend for everyone!

We spent 3 nights at Casa Del Conde at the beginning of our 2 week Peru trip. It was the perfect place to base ourselves for exploration of the Sacred Valley. The room was adorable, very clean, and comfortable. The grounds were peaceful and gorgeous and just an 8 minute walk through beautiful fields from town. Breakfast was delicious and filling. We visited the Pisac ruins, traveled to Ollantaytambo for a day of hiking and arranged a taxi through the hotel to drop us at Moray one day (we then hiked from Moray to Salineras and down to Urabamba where we caught a bus back). Jorge (the owner) was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful- he had bus information, taxi information, hiking information, cultural information. I hope to get back to Casa del Conde some day!

Our two-night visit at Casa del Conde was magical. A lot of people just pass through Pisac, but we are so happy we made it a full stop. Ourselves and our friends were the only guests at this intimate family-run B&B, and we felt welcome and special. Even the dogs, Conde and Inca, were friendly. Sure there were things that weren't "perfect." A bit of a plumbing mystery in one of our rooms. Lighting in the common room kind of dark and uninviting (though Jorge offered to make a fire if we had stuck around for the evening, which would have changed the atmosphere considerably). Stuff like that. But we were looking for something different, and we loved it! The charming walk down the path to and from town was an experience in itself. As others have noted, the grounds and gardens are beautiful and we loved the soft grass steps under our feet and Peruvian stars overhead. The view from the Casa into town and across the valley is lovely. So peaceful. The place is now run by Cecilia's son, Jorge, who made our wonderful breakfasts and entertained us with his stories. Nora is his right arm when it comes to managing the place and though she speaks little English, she couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. We could stayed longer.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at La Casa Del Conde. Our room was super comfortable and peaceful, the grounds were gorgeous, and breakfast was more than we expected. Jorge was welcoming and friendly and offered us help with anything we needed. We loved hiking the ruins at Pisac and enjoyed our meals in town at the Blue Llama as well. A beautiful weekend!

Room Tip: Our Matrimonio room had a HUGE bed!
