“One of our favorite activities”
Reviewed January 25, 2014

As chocolate lovers we were in heaven at Choco Museo. We did enjoy the guided tour about cocoa from our guide Liz; it was interesting and informative, but more than anything the coca workshop was the best. Highly recommend doing the workshop. Great activity if you're a chocolate lover.

“NOT A MUSEUM, just a chocolate store”
Reviewed January 14, 2014

and I´ve had better chocolates. they do have a great assortment of very expensive chocolate bars and souvenirs, but this is not a museum. Same goes for CHOCO MUSEO in Cusco and Lima. I´ve been in the one in Antigua, Guatemala, and the quality is much better, and they do have interactive activities to make your own and to know a bit of the history of cacao.

“For Chocolate lover!”
Reviewed January 6, 2014

It's a great place to visit if you got time. We came here because our train to Machu Piccu is at 7pm. We got an explanation of how the chocolate being process and taste of it. Interesting to see chocolate not just for eat but also for others stuff like perfume etc. After that the switz friend gave us Switz chocolate to compare. Ha! Ha! :)

“I could move here for the chocolate!”
Reviewed December 27, 2013 via mobile

Came here with my boyfriend to have a delicious hot chocolate, then ended up taking the chocolate making class. So much fun and extremely informative! Liz was a brilliant and all of the girls preparing the chocolate seem to love what they do. Charlotte and Dara were extremely friendly and helpful with all of the products, and we ended up buying all sorts of delicious treats to take home. Don't forget to try a sample of the cocoa tea, it's amazing!
