This is such a lovely little cafe - great atmosphere, delicious food and very friendly staff. The owner was so lovely and made us feel very at home, even if we did become regulars by the end of our two week stay in Ollantaytambo. The food was excellent - loads of yummy cakes (I'd particularly recommend the carrot cake) and drinks, and the salad is washed in filtered water too. Probably our favourite cafe of all those we visited during our trip to South America (and we went to quite a few!). I'd definitely highly recommend it to anyone.

We visited at least 3 times during our three night stay. The owner was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the atmosphere for morning and afternoon coffee and snacks/treats. This is a must visit cafe if you are staying is this very beautiful town.

Ollanta seems to be a culinary hotspot. After having some brilliant food yesterday at the Hearts cafe, we went to Esquina today. We tasted their Fajita's and they are brilliant! Tasteful and just as spicy as they should be. The atmosphere feels like home

Outstanding selection of tasty foods...something for everyone. Ridert and family are responsible for the success of this establishment. Try their salad combos, fajitas, sandwiches, coffee, coca tea, chicha, and cookies. Many repeat customers signify a top rated restaurant with good value. Not to be missed.

We ate here 3 times during our 2 night stay in the village. That should say it all. The empanadas were very good (I had the chicken), veggie omelet was juicy and full of well cooked items, the breakfasts were spot on but the highlight of this place, the salads. We had the chicken, tabbouleh and potato salads. In a country where its gotta be cooked to death and genuine freshness is mission difficult, they have absolutely nailed it.
