This is a nice trail to do. It is easy once you get passed the steep stone steps past Machu Picchu.

Thank themanda

If heights aren't your thing, avoid. Take your water. It doesn't look like much from the bottom but the climb is steep and as you get to the top, its very dusty, You'll definitely want your water. The steps are steep and at times require a high step up...take your time as you become gased easily given the altitude. With all that said the views are magnificent. Look for the face in the opposite hillside. See the storage used by the brilliant to store foods through the seasons carved into the cliffs. Marvel as the sunsets the shadows falling into very startegic areas where the calendar was used to managed day to day actvities.

I was a bit disapoint... it's ok and once you are already there, it's ok to see, like you can choose something else to see

An amazing Inca site that defies the imagination as to how it was built and exactly what its purpose was. Has a wonderful market for local goods.

Seeing the Inca bridge is worth the short walk through Ollantaytambo. The engineering of the base has withstood the tests of time and the strong river. Pretty impressive.
