“WOW”
Reviewed February 2, 2013

This was the highlight of MaPi for me, other than the breathtaking views and the amazing history of the place. Don't miss this place to see how the Inkas represented the condor.

“A Place Of Reflection”
Reviewed January 6, 2013

An amazing place, and equally amazing stories that goes with it. A place where one should take some time to reflect on the parallels between the condor and oneself, before talking the opportunity to also explore some of it nooks and crannies.

“Part of Machu Picchu”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

Amazing interpretation of the rock foundation and story behind it. The gigantic rock looks like a condor with its wings spread in flight.

“A highlight of Machu Picchu”
Reviewed December 27, 2012

The temple of the Condor was a real highlight of Machu Picchu. The temple really shows the amazing enginuity the incas had where they combined there architectural and engineering skills and mixed it with nature, for example the rocks form the shape of the condors wings. Very creative the Inca were, and they really utilized nature to it full potential, something we could learn from the Inca´s moving forward to the future. The temple of the Condor was apparently a sacrificial altar.
