This hotel is right next to the school , which was OK for us as we are early risers (to get into the market!) however the music as the school bell goes for a while. the hotel is very basic, wifi is free but not too strong, but do-able. Plumbing wasn't the best toilets would stop running and two of the rooms that joined together, were joined by glass cubed walls .. shower walls.. which was fun (IF you knew the person in the adjoining room!)Great location, its a stones throw from the colourful amazing market. I loved staying at machu picchu, if I go again, I would stay at this hotel again, there are no fancy places to stay from what I could see, but if you are going to Machu picchu, dont ruin it by staying in a 5 star if one exists!
