My friend and I returned to Lima from Ancash Province (Huaraz). Kiki cheerfully picked us up at the bus station at 5am and brought us to our beautifully decorated room. He and his wife Miriam treated us like family, walking us to the nearby ATM, providing instructions for transportation, etc., etc. Plenty of hot water, good shower, everything spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, nice fruit with yogurt and toast for breakfast--in short, everything we needed to be comfortable and happy ourselves. There is boiled water available in the kitchen for drinking. It is not in a tourist area, but safe enough and very close to the airport and the Los Olivos bus station. A good value, highly recommended.

My daughter and I arrived in July at 10 p.m. at the Lima airport. We planned to leave on a 9 a.m. flight the next morning to Arequipa so wanted to stay close to the airport. B&B de Kiki could not have been better. Miriam and Kiki were waiting for us with a sign when we arrived and promptly took us to their pleasant home in their private car. They transported us to the airport early the next morning after a breakfast of juice, bread, butter, jam, fresh local fruit and yogurt. The room was quiet, clean and had a private bath. You can't beat the price or service by this lovely family!

(Sorry I'm not using the correct name. The site won't accept the owner's correct name because it is a slur in English). In Peru, many people fly from their home countries into Lima at night and then out of Lima in the morning. B&B de Kik is a great option, rather than staying at the expensive airport hotel. Kik picked us up at the airport and drove us to his home, 10 minutes away. The room was comfortable, the shower was one of the warmest we had in all of Peru, and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our conversation with Kik's wife Miriam in the morning. The only difficulty we had was finding Kik at the airport. It was overwhelming, after 12 hours of travel, to walk through the area, with all the taxi drivers vying for business, to find the right guy with my name on his sign. If you and Kik can arrange a particular meeting spot, that would be best.

Our family of 4 stayed here in 2 rooms in early July on our way to Cusco. We arrived at 6pm in the evening and flew out early the next morning. Our host Kiki picked us up from the airport and took us back to his modest but comfortable home about 15 minutes away. Once we were settled in, we arranged for him to drive us into the city and then pick us up at 10pm after we had wandered around and eaten. Both Kiki and Miriam are really lovely and friendly and we loved practicing our very limited Spanish with Miriam - she is a very warm and loving personality. She made us a lovely hot jug of tea made from a combination of fresh herbs she had bought from the market. Breakfast in the morning was also very good. I wouldnt recommend this B and B if you are looking for flash hotel standard accommodation, but if you have one night in Lima and enjoy meeting some genuine caring local people then this is a great option.

I was sick when I arrived at the Kike and had to stay overnight before returning home to Denmark. Miriam took good care of me, served a wonderful chicken soup. The beautiful daughter Flavia speak excellent English, but both Miriam and Kike are doing fine too.
A super cozy place - one feels almost as a guest of the family.
Certainly a place I can recommend close to the Lima airport.

This place is tucked away in a nice little courtyard in a transitional neighborhood. The owners are gracious and very helpful- they will do all they can to ensure a great stay. We were there for only 12 hours between flights but the room was clean and comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very fresh and filled us up before we headed back to the airport. Do not be alarmed by the appearance of the neighborhood on the way from the airport to the Bed and Breakfast. The area felt secure and safe and our money was well spent!

This is a wonderful little B&B close to the airport. The owner, Miriam, and her husband are wonderful, incredibly friendly and very helpful. It is clean, comfortable beds, and internet/computer available. This B&B is ideal if you are leaving to go to Cusco the next day. However, if you are spending a day or two sightseeing in Lima, it is not the best location. This is not a touristy area at all, so be careful when you are walking around at night. It is not easily accessible to the touristy sites in Lima; by city bus (which the owner helped us to navigate) it takes at least 45 min and up to 2 hours to some locations. Taxis don't even want to go from Barranco to the B&B because it is too far for them. So in summary, awesome place if you are going to the airport early the next day (owners will drive you there easily), but not ideal if you want to sightsee in Lima.
