I was in LIma for a convention, and my company reserved the whole restaurant for one of the nights, giving me the chance to have one of the best gastronomic experiences till now. We started with a training followed by a competition on how to make a Pisco Sauer. They showed us how to do it and right after, it was our chance to try. The same for the ceviche and for a hot plate. It was fun, really fun. In the end, we had a 6 course meal, and each one was super delicious, with a nice presentation. Highly recommend it if you are in Lima.
