Really cheap! We stayed here one night as we otherwise had a 12 hour layover at the airport. It’s about 10-15 mins taxi from the airport. The hostel can arrange taxi pickup and drop off for you! They provide free breakfast that starts at 5am. We missed this as our flight was at 5am. It has a TV room and kitchen with cooker, fridge etc. Bring warm clothes as it’s cold in Lima and nowhere has heating!

The best thing about this hostel was the ease and reasonable affordability for arranging airport transportation. The room was clean, the breakfast tasty, and the staff helpful. It is a little out of the way from any sights, but not too far to use the public transportation, though, the walk back at the end of the evening might not be desirable, but it is easy to pick up a cheap taxi at the transportation hub.

Good stopover hotel I’m close proximity of Lima airport, we stayed here twice. The room was a reasonable size, with a nice bathroom (hot shower). It’s a very basic hotel but had what we needed. Feels secure with the buzz in reception. The breakfast is very basic, more like rolls and coffee in a basket in reception.

Be aware there is not a lift in this building, and the rooms aren’t accessible. The stairs are quite steep.

For flying into and out of Lima the Tupac hostel is definitely worth it. A private room is very affordable and they facilitate pick up and drop off to and from the airport that is less than the airport taxi services. For flying into and out Lima I would definitely recommend this hostel to travelers.

We stayed here for a couple hours to rest and shower before an 11:00PM flight to FLL. We stayed in a double room with shower for $17.00 total. There were cheaper options at $12.00, haa, you can’t ask for much at that price...

The price ratio is awesome. Its an alternative rough looking hostal, so the crowd is different, but super nice. They let everyone write on the wall, so you are taken aback by what looks like a graffiti filled interior, but when you start to read you realize the friendly charm of this bottom of line travel option.

The room and bathroom were clean, the room didn’t have air, but they provided a fan. There was a common kitchen and two dining rooms. And we didn’t stay the night, but breakfast was included.

Its not everyone’s cup of tea, and we were only here for a couple hours of rest, but I would use this Hostal again.

Best of all was Nicole at the front desk. She was friendly and super helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we were ok. Gracias Nicole!! El taxi de 10 soles hasta la puerta del aeropuerto... fenomenal!!!
