U can see the neighbourhood on top of the mountain it was just so amazing theres nice restaurant and fresh juice on the street :)

I came into Lima pretty late. Maybe 11pm and as promised there was a guy standing at the exit holding a sign with my name on it.

To put things in perspective when you exit baggage claim at Lima airport there are thousands of people there. Many offering rides.

The hostel is clean and only about a 15 minute ride from the airport. Clean. Has some lounges. They give a simple breakfast. There are some places to get cheap eats close by and a shopping mall down the block about a 20 minute walk. Also a kfc close by.

The hostel suited my needs by giving me a clean safe place to sleep between flights. That’s all I needed.

Note that rooms have no AC. Only a fan. But that worked out better than I thought.

I took my family to stay at one room. We 4 slept in 2 double bed. Beds were tight but acceptable. We werethere in the middle of our family trip to MachuPicchu for a short stop. Our flight arrived at Lima at around 10pm then our flight for Cusco left at 5am. Therefore it was only a 4 hour stay just to take a nap and change clothes. It was about 15 minutes drive from the airport to get the hostel. Little bit far but still acceptable as it was a very reasonable price.
