This hotel provided exactly what we needed, a base in Miraflores for a one night stay. After 24 hours travelling, at our request the hotel arranged a pick up from the airport which was waiting for us on arrival. At the hotel we were told that check in wasn't until 3.30pm (something to be mindful when booking!) however our room was ready..........and we were most grateful.

Our room was basic but we are not particularly fussy as we spend as little time as possible in them! It was clean, spacious, had a safe but we didn't have hot water (This wasn't a huge issue and we did not complain either). We were directly below the top floor which is the breakfast room and luckily for us we needed to be up early the following morning, therefore the early sound of chairs and people moving around didn't cause us any grief.

Breakfast was great and freshly cooked (included in the price) and on the bottom floor you had access to free hot drinks 24 hours a day.

Girls on the desk were extremely helpful

We took a short run along the promenade to take in our first sights of Lima and felt very safe. There is also a lovely bakery opposite but we didn't have time to sample any of the delights as we had booked a meal at Astrid y Gaston - a must if you like your food ( see other reviews).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and out of the noise of the city center. They even have doublé glass windows to reduce the noise from the street. It was clean and cozy, good value for the Price. The breakfast was freshly made from your choice on the menu. I will return for sure.

Room Tip: Ask for the upper floors or the ones on the back side.

This is such a cute hotel. It is located in the Miraflores area of Lima. It is NOT near the city center so be warned. For those wanting to get away from the craziness of Lima's city center this is a great choice. The staff are friendly and have answers to any questions you have. They can help, with local tours, restaurant suggestions, ideas for shopping and more. The rooms are small but neat, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. The rates at this hotel are amazing for a hotel located just blocks from the beach.

We, a group of 7 people, spent one night here before returning to the US. The staff was very welcoming. We found the rooms adequate for our need though noisy due to street traffic. We were given packed breakfast for our early morning flight. The location is close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor patio is quite nice for snack and tea/coffee which are available for guests in the lobby area.

We spent our first nights in Peru at this hotel. It is in a nice part of town and was a comfortable place to stay. We really enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. They were open for dinner and that was a great choice for us after a busy day sight-seeing. My sons have food allergies and they were very helpful in finding choices for them. And the food was delicious! We walked from the hotel two short blocks to a lovely seaside park. I would stay there again!
