This hotel is used a lot for tour groups. We stayed here three nights and appreciated the great staff. The breakfast spread offered numerous good choices. The room was clean with good beds, bedding, and a pleasant shower. The location was good, just a short walk to the Mira Flores shopping area and not far from the Metro bus line that will take you into the old town. A much better option that taking a taxi that takes at least an hour under good traffic conditions.

I fly for a major airline and due to my normal hotel being oversold, I was put up here. The staff was awesome helping me deal with issues in terms of getting back to the airport. The AC on all floors but they brought me a fan right away. The breakfast in the am was free which was nice and I enjoyed the internet while sipping coffee for an hour. Lots of places to visit around the hotel. I have to commend the staff for their great help and I would stay here again anytime.

we stayed here on a Peru group tour. Our rooms were clean with nice bathrooms. Breakfast was good, not great, but good. It was a short safe walk to shopping in the nice Miraflores area. I stayed at the Radisson when I came back to Lima after the tour was over and it was much nicer. This was decent and clean and it provided what was needed....I just wanted something a little nicer. The staff was helpful. There was a lot of construction nearby.

Lima as a city doesn't have much going for it and this hotel is much the same. No aircon so room hot and stuffy. Noisy location. Not the best hotel if you're trying to adjust to the new time zone!
Few restaurants within short walk.

Stayed here twice for a total of 3 nights during a recent Peru vacation booked through Gate 1 Travel. While the rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable (the most important requirement), both rooms, on opposite sides of the hotel, suffered from road noise. The hotel was a bit dated, the breakfast buffet was ok, the staff was friendly and always available, the business center with PC's and internet connection convenient and the Miraflores location was good. It was a comparatively short walk to the ocean and the entire neighborhood seemed safe and well kept and our extensive walks were comfortable.

My husband and i stayed in this hotel overnight on our way to Machu Picchu. It is located in Miraflores district, a few blocks away from the shopping area of Larcomar. Room is big, with comfortable bed and came with a small dining area. Seems place is newly renovated as even the bathroom looked new. Check in was efficient and quick, wifi is free and fast. Breakfast is free, buffet service with plenty of choices, available
very early in the morning which worked out fine for us as we were leaving very early the next morning.

Room Tip: Choose a top floor

The stairwells at the front of the hotel are just slats so the traffic noise permeates the whole hotel. We had a room at the back which overlooked the noisy building works! Not at all pretty either! The noisy air conditioning covered the traffic noise at night. On this occasion we were at the mercy of our travel company JLA who considered it suitable.
Staff were ok as was breakfast which was good.
Would I stay there again-only if I go deaf in-between times!

Room Tip: Find a different hotel! If you must stay there go as high as you can and at the back but beware-frie...
