Very clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood and great location. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If I'm to return to Lima, I definitely will stay in this hotel again.

My husband and I stayed 3 nigths in our two week tour in Peru. Location is very good. The area is safe and quiet. Few blocks from the ocean and close to the Park Kennedy and Artesanal Market. Hotel has interior courtyard with fountain. The room we stayed was big, comfortable and clean. Wifi was good. Breakfast was simple. The reception staff were friendly.Hot water heater were soo loud. We had to change the room.

I read some reviews about this hotel before going and they were quite mixed. But I really had no need to worry. It is such a lovely hotel. We stayed at the start of our trip and also at the end and both rooms were great. The second even better than the first as it had been nearly refurbished. the beds were comfy. Ceiling fans in each room. (Air con is being installed as I write). Our rooms overlooked the quaint courtyard. (I took some advice and asked for a room overlooking the courtyard which proved to be good advice - apparently rooms close to the water tank can be noisy). The staff couldn't have been more attentive. So very helpful, kind and considerate. It is situated in a nice part of Lima, just a 5-10 min walk down to the coast. We loved it and would recommend it to everyone.

Room Tip: Request a quiet room away from the water tank, preferrably one overlooking the courtyard.

We stayed for three days; few rooms have air conditioned units; they had to move us to the lower floors. Breakfast really bad and POOR
Beware of front desk scam of not wanting to charge your credit card in dollars arguing that their machine would not allow it and doing it in soles instead (they calculated the exchange rate as low as 2.14 while the oficial exchange rate was 2.55 at the bank) in a transaction where the nightly rate was $104 usa dollars we were loosing almost $80 at the end. We stayed in Lima for another two weeks in another wonderful hotel without that problem
They told us they were in the the process of renovating ....Overprice still

Room Tip: Go to higher floors and be sure they have air condition units already installed

An old and traditional building in the heart of Miraflores (a very safe area for tourists and travelers).
A stone's throw away from the "Malecon", the Kennedy Park and surrounded by a number of good restaurants. Besides a large number of cozy rooms, the hotel has its own bar and restaurant.
I can only recommend this Hotel.

Well located in a safe area and within walking distance of the the restaurant area and the seaside. We enjoyed the character and charm of the building and rooms which provide a taste of a bygone era. The staff were very helpful, with most having limited but adequate English and the breakfast was simple and quite sufficient for us.

stayed here with my fiance 2 weeks ago and LOVED it. This boutique hotel is beautiful inside and out. Great location in Miraflores, close to shops, bars, and very good restaurants. The ladies at the front desk were great in helping us with restaurant choices and even giving us some coupons for free drinks at local spots. Very clean and well kept, such a gem in Lima we will def stay here again!
