“Centrally located park that give you bearings!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 6, 2014

Always a good thing to have a decent sized park in a neighbourhood you are exploring, good shade, park benches and a general landmark from which to get your bearings while exploring the main section of the Miraflores district.

“An Oasis from the traffic”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 29, 2013

Nice place to stroll and enjoy a well kept green space escape fro the hectic pace of the traffic on the surrounding streets. The monument to the late President Kennedy was nice to see and the nightly crafts market is fun to visit. The area has many restaurants to choose from and a very large Indian crafts market is within a 2 minute walk from the park.

“Everyday is different at Kennedy Park”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 17, 2013

Each day that I walked to, near, or through the park there were different events going on. This is a great park for people watching and there are several stray cats that reside there. You can usually find lovers cuddled up and smooching on a park bench and people selling crafts and textiles. There are TONS of little restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops all around the park. Several of the local tours also pick up near the park making it a central landmark. There isn't really anything to do at the park except watch so don't set high expectations and just enjoy what is offered.

“Pleasant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 2, 2013

The park itself isn't anything spectacular but we went at night and there was a craft fair and that was awesome!! Strongly recommend visiting!!! Great and unique souvenirs for very reasonable prices!! The food vendors were also a nice treat on my first night in Lima! The arroz con leche y mazzamora were delicious!!!!!!!!

“My Favorite Park in Lima”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 21, 2013

I go to Lima to see and spend time with my Fiancee about every 3 months as we await her Visa. I always stay in Miraflores, and part of that is to be near this park. They also call it gato park (cat park) because of all the cats that live there. If you like cats it is really neat. There is a private group that takes care of the cats every night that operates on donations. That said it is very lovely park that landscaping is always excellent and I always feel safe.
