The portions are huge and wholesome. You definitely feel like you've had a health kick when you've been here, and the prices are good. But the food is variable. The artichoke ceviche was very nice. The mushroom ceviche was fine but not as spicy as it should be - a little bland and not as good as what we had on the inca trail in a tent. For mains, both ours came with wholegrain rice and some nice fresh broccoli, carrots and zucchini. My dish was very nice - a big piece of aubergine on a tofu slice with tomato, cheese and herbs on top. Simple but tasty. My wife's was weird. It was a sort of tofu roulade with vegetables and cheese inside, sliced and served. It was almost very nice but came with a sweet and sour sauce on top which was very fruity and just didn't go. The homemade fresh fruit juices are superb.
Service was a little weird. Our mains came before we had finished our starters. The girl on the til recalculated our bill 3 times and was laughing hard about something with our waiter. I don't think they swindled us but it was weird behaviour.
