Peru Well Served made great decisions for our itinerary, choosing top restaurants and hotels that were sustainable and well-integrated with the local economy. Most meals had pre-selected menus that were thoughtful and attentive to dietary restrictions. Most importantly, their staff was friendly and responsive. They answered questions diligently on WhatsApp and prepared helpful documents and guides ahead of the trip itself. Highly recommend them for structured group travel!

Little details, big impact

We had a lovely time with PWS. They had great guides that ensured we were aware of the rich cultural history of all the places we visited. They kept track of the finer details like ensuring there was water and toilets accessible that made a huge difference while keeping us abreast about weather and what to wear.

Very well organized trip, unforgettable moments

Amazingly planned trip with very well prepared guides. The tour spanned both Lima and Cusco area and were accompanied the whole time from start and finish by curated guides and representatives from PWS. We had unforgettable moments visiting all the important landmarks in Lima and Cusco while enjoying the local experience.

An incredible gastronomic experience!

Review of: Personalized Journey in Peru

Peru Well Served is a unique travel agency that is focused on curating and crafting unforgettable journeys. I’ve been working with Alexia and her team for awhile in order to craft a personalized journey for me and two friends and it did not disappoint. We had dedicated experienced guides for each part of the journey in Lima, the Sacred Valley and Cusco and everyone was knowledgeable and made us feel safe and taken care of all the time. Of course, we also ate so well! I highly recommend looking into PWS if you’re travelling to Peru.

Family-level warmth and exceptional knowledge and professionalism

Review of: Personalized Journey in Peru

Incredible customer service and professionalism make for a great trip.

Guides (Holber in the Sacred Valley) and drivers were on time and professional with comfortable, modern vehicles. They gave great snacks and the recommended food options were excellent. We especially enjoyed Mayta in Lima, Cicciolina in Cusco, and the lakeside pachamanca feast. Holber spoke excellent English, as did the guide who did our Lima airport transfers (Renato, I want to say?) Drivers also seemed to speak decent English.

Schedules and plans were customizable and flexible even during the trip, both in response to flight changes as well as energy levels/group desires.

However, they went above and beyond when one of our party needed to be treated for altitude sickness. They made sure that the rest of the party was well-looked after, but frequently checked in both in person at the clinic and by Whatsapp and helped with medical translation and giving family updates. They treated us like someone in the family was sick.

Highly, highly recommended for your Peru plans.
