Casa Inca is a sweet little hotel (16 rooms) on a great location in Miraflores. Service is personalized and the rooms are comfortable albeit slightly small. Elaborate breakfast with lots of tropical fruits. The hotel is very close to the coast and the LarcoMar mall with some low-key options for eating out.

Room Tip: Note that the patio rooms are quite light in the morning, If you are jetlagged, this may wake you up really early!

Although we only stayed here for one night, this little gem was perfect for us, particularly after a 12 hour flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was only a short walk from the Miraflores area and Larcomar. The breakfast was good, and the staff (and owner) were friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. VERY charming hotel, and location is the best in Lima - close to beach, shopping, and in the beautiful Miraflores area. If I ever come back to Lima, this will be my first choice!

Room Tip: Ask for one of the rooms with view to the Pacific Ocean

Great hotel. Very charming and hospitable place to stay in Lima. Clean, safe, comfortable and friendly. It has beautiful old interiors, courtyards and balconies with period furniture to match. Safe storage and we found the receptionists to be both professional and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
Its a beautiful low rise building surrounded by hi rise. It is sad that more old homes, such as this haven't been conserved and are lost to the bland and tasteless poor town planning of Miraflores.

Room Tip: maybe a balcony?

This was once a family home and was turned into a comfortable hotel.
It is near the ocean and the largest mall I have ever seen. Very clean.
The owner is there to see that your breakfast is perfect. There is a very comfortable living room with 2 computers for your use .

Room Tip: There is no elevator or a/c. Ask for a fan. There are small refrigerators in the rooms.
