It is a lot of fun, particularly if you are traveling with children. make sure that you have a change of clothes in case you decide to jump into some of the water games and will definitely get wet.
The different colours are better appreciated after dark. As a whole it is a well done show.

I wrote a lengthy review for Magic Water Circuit, which is basically the same thing. Make sure you read those reviews when you are planning your visit here.

The park itself is beautiful. It features grassy areas, small vendors to get food and drink, facilities if you need to use the restroom, and its big attractions: the water fountains.

There is a path that takes you through both parts of the park (separated by a tunnel). The fountains range from Bellagio-esque fountains (high and powerful) to more playful dancing fountains that kids will love to play in.

The main center fountain is choreographed lightly to classical music during the day. It serves as the central point. From there, you can walk around to see the various fountains. If you have kids, make sure you bring an extra change of clothes, because these fountains are made to be played in. Missing that would be a shame if you have a kid 12 or under.

Make sure you do not miss the fountain tunnel and the fountain near it that is designed for kids. They are fun to watch the kids in, even if you are traveling without a child.

The real magic of this park though happens at night. At 7:15p, there is a laser/fountain show at the main fountain in the center. You want to be center front (will be obvious where that is) by about 6:50p to get a view. And you will likely want to record it.

The show is a bunch of local music with lasers that interact with the fountains. It runs about 20 minutes and highlights dancers and music primarily, with some laser effects thrown in. It is worth seeing for sure.

This site is a great visit if you have a late-departing flight out of Lima. We were able to see the show and then enjoy a casual drive to the airport in plenty of time to make our 1a flight out. We left the park at about 8p, and we made it to the airport via Miraflores by about 9:30p. This was Saturday traffic, so if you are making a similar trek midweek, I would guess you will experience a slightly slower ride.

The park costs 4 soles per person (including your driver), and there is a 10 sole per car fee. The walking is casual and is suitable for people of all mobility levels. There are bathrooms on site as well.

The evening water show was really fun. Nice to see so many families and couples enjoying themselves, running through the fountains or just enjoying the "dancing waters". The metro bus takes you right to the edge of the park.

We went as a tourist couple and enjoyed watching the mostly local crowd of mainly local families and couples enjoying the light show that is projected onto the huge fountain in the center of the park. The show itself lasted about 20 minutes and is replayed 3 times each evening. The evening we went the weather was a little cool but that did not stop the local kids from playing in the park's other fountains and getting completely soaked. That was a good show in itself.
