“Magic Water Circuit!”
Reviewed June 17, 2013

Definitely worth the visit. Located in Parque de la Reserva. Many water fountains, good place to bring kids to the jumping water fountains, remember is open all year but Lima gets cold in the winter and even at night sometimes during the summer, bring a light coat when you go a night.

There are water shows at night on the main fountain, with image projections on the water. There is a fee to enter the park, as far as I remember was less than 10 soles per person. There are some street vendors regulated by the city hall right outside the park and eating there is very safe compared to other street vendors in Lima.

“Great, but I got wet!”
Reviewed June 15, 2013

We randomly visited this place on our night in Lima. It was very fun. I was there with a friend though and it might have been better to be there with a romantic partner... but it was quite fun. The laser show was cool, but a bit cheesy at times.

“Fantastic and Inexpensive Fountain Show!”
Reviewed June 14, 2013

We went to the park to see the fountain show. Now, we've seen the fountains in the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas and the similar fountains in Dubai so my wife didn't really want to go. Once in the park, there were numerous small fountains with changing colors and varying fountain water designs. The "show" was at a wide, horizontal fountain with a projector projecting designs onto the curtain of fountain water, with a soundtrack playing music. It was different than what we've seen with other fountains. After the show, we walked around to the other fountains and there was one series of fountains that were placed next to each other that made a 150 foot tunnel under the water spray, within which people were walking through, high enough to allow parents with their children on their shoulders to walk through without getting wet. Another circular fountain had the water coming on and off at random, with corresponding lights, and many children, teens and some adults were trying to get in or out of the fountain when the water turned off, before the water turned back on again - it was fun watching the people trying to get in and out of the fountain without getting wet because sometimes, the water came right back on and other times, the water stayed off for many seconds.
The admission was about $2 and it was well worth it.

“Nice”
Reviewed June 14, 2013

I went at night. Nice 1 hour away from the city.
Not sure if they do the show during the day as it's a lights/fountains show.
Only 4 soles to get in.
