“Pretty impressed...”
Reviewed November 9, 2013 via mobile

The ribs were tasty and the accompanied baked apple & potato added complimentary flavours. Everyone in our group received generous portions (perhaps a bit too generous, if you're not ravenous then you might opt to share a dish instead). The dessert I had was okay (some kind of creme caramel thing with goldenberry & ice-cream) but wasn't the best. The berry granita was refreshingly good. Overall, Panchita is worth trying.

One thing to note: they don't have English menus, so it can be difficult knowing what to order if you don't speak Spanish. Seems like this restaurant is catered towards wealthy locals rather than tourists.

“Everything was outstanding”
Reviewed November 7, 2013 via mobile

Went there for my brother's b day. The food was amazing. Had un plato criollo that had six different items that was meant to share. Sauces were excellent. Server at this restaurant was extremely knowledgeable and so professional. He made our visit so enjoyable. Place is also very accommodating to the elderly or with wheelchair. The wine list had a great selection with all different prices available. A bit pricey but worth it. Ill definitely return.

“Great food, great portions and not a bad price either.”
Reviewed November 7, 2013

Went there for my birthday, and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is perfect, the decor is up-market yet relaxed and pleasant and the food top notch. The portions are hearty and not like most up-market restaurants where you get a spec on a plate. The buffet salad bar is well with the 22 soles. Highly recommended, but probably worth making a reservation!!

One of my brothers, took us to this place. The best anticuchos we have eaten (beef in a skewer, there should be chicken anticuchos too, we did not have chicken). We did not have reservations, so had to wait a little. Very friendly staff. All dishes were good and the atmosphere was good too. Their bread is very good too. I would recommend this restaurant for a modern/typical Peruvian feast. Yum!

“Good, but could be better!”
Reviewed October 30, 2013 via mobile

Excellent anticuchos (beef or chicken skewers) in a buzzy atmosphere. The 'arroz con leche' dessert with fruit is recommended. Only problems were the expensive wine list and our seating across from each other at our table for two - table far too big to hold a good conversation !!
