The ribs were tasty and the accompanied baked apple & potato added complimentary flavours. Everyone in our group received generous portions (perhaps a bit too generous, if you're not ravenous then you might opt to share a dish instead). The dessert I had was okay (some kind of creme caramel thing with goldenberry & ice-cream) but wasn't the best. The berry granita was refreshingly good. Overall, Panchita is worth trying.
One thing to note: they don't have English menus, so it can be difficult knowing what to order if you don't speak Spanish. Seems like this restaurant is catered towards wealthy locals rather than tourists.
