...and I (believe I have) eaten in all of them. It would be misleading to say this place isn't as "refined" as Astrid y Gaston—the service was outstanding, but it definitely had a more Peruvian flair and much, much bigger portions. This one is a little bit (just a tiny little bit) off the beaten tourist track compared to other famous restaurants, but the trip is worth it.
