Both Carlos sr and carlos jr are absolute gems and so friendly. The food here is incredible. I think its the olive oil. We went for lunch on a sunny Sunday. It was empty when we arrived (the football was on) but soon filled up. Try the octopus sashimi and the leche de tigre. As one of the messages on the wall put it oh so well "Fresca in San Francisco could learn a thing or two from this place/"
