We went out for dinner that night determined to sample ceviche! This was a simple cool restaurant - more pub style than fancy restaurant, quite relaxed. It had high ceilings and wooden booths, and from floor to ceiling there are posters, newspapers, pictures, football shirts, flags etc etc etc on the walls and on the beams. Lots of typically Peruvian things on the menu, we had a drink made from corn, and then the main event - ceviche mixto. I really enjoyed - very fresh and zingy with lime, served with sweet potato to counter the zinginess.
